30-Day Free Return and Refund Policy
Sockora offers free returns and refunds within 30 days.
To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for approval.
Eligible returns are provided at no return shipping cost to the customer when processed according to our return instructions.

Because socks are personal wearable products, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may not be eligible for return.

Free Return Shipping
Approved eligible returns within the 30-day return period qualify for free return shipping.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Sockora. We are not responsible for products returned using unauthorized shipping methods or sent to addresses not provided by our customer support team.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging when available. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
